Eucomis 'Safari Adventure' Pineapple Lily Bare Root Perennial. Bicolor Blooms Make This One Unique.

Common Name: Pineapple Lily

Ships as bare root. Ideal for finishing in 1-gallon or 2-gallon containers in 6-10 weeks.

Transform your zone 6 garden into a tropical paradise with this striking South African native. Eucomis 'Safari Adventure' unfolds with deep olive-green, strap-like foliage in early summer, followed by distinctive cream flowers that deepen to rich rosy-purple as the season progresses.

Bicolor blooms create a sophisticated two-tone effect, setting it apart from similar varieties. True to its common name, the pineapple-like flower spike crowns each stem with unmistakable architectural appeal. As a late-season bloomer, expect emergence after spring's rush, rewarding patient gardeners with extended summer-to-fall color when most perennials fade.
